Refund policy

1. Commitment Period & Billing
By enrolling in this coaching program, you agree to a 90-day commitment (i.e. 3 monthly billing cycles). You will be billed $300 per month for three consecutive months. This program is structured this way because significant results and progress often begin to materialize in months two and three — locking in this timeframe helps ensure continuity, consistency, and a fair opportunity to see transformation.

2. No Cancellations During Initial 90 Days
You may not cancel or request a refund during the 90-day commitment period. This ensures that both you and your coach stay fully invested in the process, and gives you the best chance to see meaningful results.

3. Cancellation After 90 Days
Once the 90 days (three billing cycles) are complete, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will no longer be billed further, and your coaching services will cease at the end of the latest paid month.

4. No Refunds on Past Months
Refunds will not be issued for any coaching services already rendered, or for any remaining portions of the 90-day period you did not use. Your payment secures access, coaching, support, and accountability. Because results depend on consistent participation and guidance, the commitment is non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances (At Coach’s Discretion)
While the policy is firm, in rare situations (for example, serious illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances), you may request a partial refund or credit for future services. Any such request must be made in writing and will be evaluated case-by-case. Approval is not guaranteed.

6. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that while the coaching program is designed to help you grow, transform, and improve, results depend on your commitment, consistency, and effort. There is no guarantee of specific results. You agree to the steep of personal responsibility and collaboration that comes with high-performance coaching.

7. Notification of Cancellation
To cancel after the 90-day period, you must submit your cancellation request in writing (via email or the process outlined in your client portal) at least 7 days before your next billing date. If notice is not given in time, one additional monthly billing cycle may be charged before service ends.
